Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and maintain multiple QuickBooks files by accurately entering transactions.
- Reconcile various accounts, including bank, credit card, and line of credit, within QuickBooks.
- Conduct audits on vendor and customer accounts to ensure precision in accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R).
- Prepare and deliver clear and accurate financial statements.
- Ensure all transactions are supported by appropriate documentation to uphold accuracy.
- Assist small businesses in achieving their financial objectives through reliable support and timely reminders.
Required Skills
- Associate’s degree or higher.
- QuickBooks Online certification.
- Proven experience managing multiple QuickBooks files for various companies.
- Strong typing skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and superb communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Qualifications
- A minimum of a 2-year degree.
- QuickBooks Online certification is mandatory.
- Experience in managing multiple QuickBooks files is essential.
